• Late notice cancellations: Eligible for a 50% refund

• Same-day cancellations: No refund

• Completed services: No refunds once services have been rendered

• Digital products or delivered work: Non-refundable once delivered

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
