• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund or reschedule at our discretion.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are eligible for a 50% refund only.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable under any circumstances.

These policies are in place to protect scheduling, preparation, and labor commitments.
